WELCOME TO SPICE ISLAND RESORT

The resort, which is beautifully embedded in nature, borders a small jungle and is located directly on a wonderful sandy beach. The 16 spacious bungalows are all just a few steps from the beach and have a wonderful sea view. There is a small bar next to the restaurant – perfect for the decorative beer. Directly in front of the resort is a wonderful house reef, which can be ideally dived through the jetty and is also very suitable for snorkelers. The professionally run and well-equipped dive center is just a few steps away from the jetty. WIFI is available free of charge in the resort.

Accommodation

There are a total of 16 bungalows, 13 beach bungalows and 3 superior bungalows (14 bungalows have a double bed and 2 a twin bed). All are only 10 meters from the beach and can accommodate 2 people (3rd person on request). Each of the air-conditioned bungalows has a terrace, kettle for making tea and coffee, bathroom with shower and toilet (hot water), safe, deck chairs on the veranda, ceiling fan, minibar, 220 volt sockets. The 3 superior bungalows are located on the edge of the resorts and also have an espresso machine.

Sports & Entertainment

In addition to diving and snorkeling, the resort is also ideal for interesting land explorations. Non-divers will also get their money’s worth here, because not only the nature is unique, but also the over 300-year history of the region. Nestled between the jungle-like interior of the island and the sea, it is home to many rare birds. Various traditional wellness treatments are offered by trained staff for a fee, the ideal way to end an eventful day. Don’t miss a day trip to Labuha Island. Here you can learn more about the numerous spices of the Moluccas and the history of the spice islands, because in the heyday of the spice trade, spices were weighed in gold. In addition to an old castle from the 16th century, a visit to the local market is a very special experience. The original market enchants with a colorful abundance of spices, fruits and fruits and offers unique photo opportunities.

Food & Culinary

The restaurant is located right next to the reception of the resort and impresses with its unique and spectacular design. It was built exclusively with natural materials. There is a choice of half or full board with a rich selection of Indonesian and international dishes. Breakfast and lunch are served a la carte. Various menus are available for dinner. Of course, lovers of fresh fish will also get their money’s worth. Buffet and BBQ evenings take place regularly. Drinking water is free with meals.

The Bungalows

There are a total of 16 beach bungalows, including 3 deluxe bungalows, each for two people (extra bed on request).

All have a veranda with sun loungers, a spacious bathroom with hot water, biodegradable shampoo and shower gel, a living room with air conditioning, fan, safe, 220-volt sockets (electricity around the clock), fridge with minibar and daily replenished drinking water and kettle with tea/coffee. The three deluxe bungalows are also equipped with WiFi, espresso machine and king-size bed.

There is a choice of three dishes for each a la carte meal (three courses) in the open restaurant. Stable Starlink WiFi in the restaurant, bar, dive center and deluxe bungalows.
